In regards to optimisation and scaling, the first thing you must keep in mind is your Offer.

If your Conversion rate is super low and you’ve done everything you possible can page wise to increase your conversation rate, it might be your offer.  It may be something people don’t want.  Maybe the product is not positioned as to pricing.  It could be tired.  If your rate is low, the offer is the first thing you need to fix.

Some suggestions:

  • You need to better position yourself with a new offer in a different way to broaden the attraction.
  • It needs to be attractive enough for people to take action.
  • Appeal to new people or people who said no.
  • Crank out new offers.
  • Launch new lead magnet campaigns, new traffic to product pages.

Communication channels will keep your account fresh and help fight fatigue.
